Key Responsibilities:
  • \t
  • Manage and follow-up on open Title and Registration Transactions to ensure completion by the required timeline \t
  • Complete research and solve issues that impact vehicle Title and Registration \t
  • Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal partners to ensure completion of renewals \t
  • Update the Title and Registration system with accurate, status information within 24 hours \t
  • Demonstrate teamwork by sharing knowledge and assisting fellow team members when needed \t
  • Maintain, update, and follow Re-registration processing procedures
Requirements:
  • \t
  • High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred \t
  • In-office document processing experience \t
  • Title experience preferred \t
  • MS Office – proficient in Excel and Word
