YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE


Reporting into the global People & Culture Department, the Senior HRBP will sit in our Tampa, FL office and be responsible for the development and execution of HR practices, processes, goals, and initiatives, as well as the day-to-day HR responsibilities.

The Senior HRBP has both the HR knowledge and skills to support the HR functional needs of the organization as well as having the ability and interest to deliver on special projects and strategic plans to assist the company for growth.

This work encompasses driving global corporate internal HR initiatives, including Management/Employee coaching, labor relations, employment law compliance support, employee engagement measures, HR project management, and other HR responsibilities for the region that it supports (North America).

The applicant possesses the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and locations globally.

ABOUT YOU

  • Develop a deep understanding of WilsonHCG's business goals in order to build a strong consultative relationship with client groups
  • Champion the WilsonHCG DNA pillars throughout the employee experience
  • Provide dedicated and strategic, analytical guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives in client groups
  • Drive HR Operational excellence within the North America locations in which WilsonHCG operates to include managing resources to ensure we are locally compliant
  • Provides dedicated Labor Relations support including performance management coaching, documentation and collaboration and leading confidential investigations.
  • Provides assigned Client Groups compliance advisement and support
  • Regularly coaches supervisors and team leads on the best management practices, particularly as it relates to performance management, labor relations issues, conflict management, and issue resolution
  • Engages with internal Client Group management on organizational design initiatives, including compensation support and organizational planning, while ensuring markettomarket consistency
  • Working with the broader corporate P&C team, leads, participates in and drives HRrelated projects in diverse P&C related areas
  • Drives positive associate relations through field activities, recognition programs, and support of other corporate initiatives
  • May participate in acquisition teams during due diligence and integration phases
  • Travel (up to 50%)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of dynamically growing HR experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner capacity, with some experience leading other HR personnel in a fastgrowing and dynamic industry
  • Experience in the staffing industry with a proven understanding of operations preferred
  • You should be knowledgeable in U.S. labor laws and uptodate on U.S. compliance laws
  • Experience leading and handling successful high visibility projects within an organization
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Adept at balancing critical thinking, while able to execute handson with clients
  • Selfstarter with demonstrable ability to set goals and meet or exceed deadlines
  • Requires extensive labor relations and coaching experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required
  • Demonstrable experience exercising good judgment and decisionmaking
