  • Ingeniería Terminada
  • Al menos 2 años de experiência en Industria Automotriz, de los cuales al menos 1 año de experiência como Project Manager
  • Nível de Inglés Avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de los estándares, mejores prácticas y contexto normativo relacionado con el sector automotriz (IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, VDA 6.3, ASPICE).
  • Facilidad para trabajar en equipo en un contexto multi funcional y multi cultural
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita

Nice to Have

  • Certificación profesional para Project Manager (PMI, IPMA)
  • Experiência con casas automotrices alemanas (VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes)
  • Experiência con casas automotrices norteamericanas (GM, Ford, Stellantis)
  • Experiência en grupo multinacional con PM Office en corporativo
