SALES PROMOTER
LOCATION: Residence in CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey City. BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the direction of the KAM Retail – Kitchen & Bath Mexico; the in-store sales executive is responsible to ensure the sales target achievement in designated retail stores while communicating the brand credentials to end consumers. The ideal candidate will perform several activities such as product promotion, training to in-store sales associates, product display supervision and share findings, competitor's activities, and consumer insights to Channel Marketing a Kohler representative with direct contact to end consumers, she/he is responsible to ensure the execution of brand guidelines and quality standards of the product displays. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Promote on-site the Kohler Co. plumbing products in accordance with company goals and guidance to end consumer about products and assist in resolving specific questions of technical performance easing the purchase training to customer 's in-store associates through monthly store visits within assigned geographic consumers to customer's website and assist with the purchase decision, as a report of competitor's activities on the sales floor, like product launches, marketing communications and a competitor's pricing report from the sales and provide a report of display status, inventory status, and end consumers pricing programs in territory according to established company policies and through regional retail stores according to coverage plan designed by KB Channels Manager. •General Manager Kitchen & Bath Mexico, Retail Account Manager, LATAM Channel Manager and Marketing Manager, Product Manager External Business Relationships:
•Frequent communication with customer's sales associates.
•Frequent communication with 3rd party display supplier. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Mid-Level: High school required. Experience performing direct sales to end customers. 2-4 years of experience required. Must possess moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts. Mid Office software skills, able to build excel reports and PPT. Tablet acumen. TRAVEL Residence in CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey City. He or she should move regularly to different stores within their area of influence.
