Misión del puesto:

Aplicar el plan estratégico de Expansión, para asegurar la incorporación de Hoteles a la compañía siguiendo las directrices y objetivos marcados por el Plan Estratégico, para garantizar los objetivos de crecimiento en él definidos, tanto cualitativos, como cuantitativos (no de Hoteles, Habitaciones y EBITDA aportado)



¿Qué tendré que hacer?

  • Búsqueda pro-activa y análisis de nuevas oportunidades de Hoteles, construidos o en construcción, en la zona asignada, para su incorporación en la Compañía siempre de acuerdo con el plan estratégico fijado por zona.
  • Negociaciones con los partners internos sobre cada proyecto y análisis de su viabilidad.
3 Key contact funcional en la zona del Head of Development y del VP del Development de la zona asignada

  • Presentación a interna de los proyectos que se consideren viables para su aprobación y definición de siguientes pasos.
  • Priorización de los proyectos conforme a la estrategia fijada por VP Development en base al plan estratégico de expansión.
  • De acuerdo con la política de negociación fijada para cada proyecto: (i) gestión directa de negociaciones con los propietarios, hasta su cierre y/o (ii) apoyo a las negociaciones lideradas por el Head of Development
  • Elaboración de la documentación necesaria para la aprobación de proyectos anteel Comité de Expansión
  • Crear un fuerte network de contactos en la zona asignada para potenciar el crecimiento en la zona según mapa expansión.



¿Qué buscamos?
Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en puestos con contenido en procesos de negociación y cierre.

Experiência en puestos con acceso a red de contactos y propietarios, inversores u operadores hoteleros

Trabajo en entorno multinacional, preferentemente en compañías Hoteleras, agencias, TTOO, o inmobiliarias o consultoras especializadas en el sector hotelero, que permita un conocimiento específico de factores claves de éxito para un Hotel (ubicación, magnitudes económicas )

Licenciatura en Derecho, Económia, Turismo, hoteleria, Real State

Inglés Avanzado
