Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Trabajo administrativo en la mejora en procesos, participación activa en licitaciones de gobierno, desde el punto de vista de servicio técnico.
Administración y gestión de Sistema de Servicio enfocado a los procesos de Gobierno.

  • Generación de valor. Elaboración y ejecución de un plan de generación de valor robusto; Planificando, y coordinando planes de mercadeo que resulten en un plan acorde al mercado de gobierno. Supervisar las cotizaciones de piezas y servicios que deriven del plan de acción para resolver.
  • Participación clave en la vinculación con las áreas que proporcionan soporte a Servicio, como es soporte en la planeación de refacciones, ventas de servicio, ventas de gobierno y service center. Interactuando con ellos para gestionar la agilidad de los procesos y mejora en pro de la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Revisión y aprobación de políticas de contratos de gobierno y privado.

Calificaciones Básicas

  • Nível licenciatura completado.
  • 2 años de experiência laboral en administración de servicios.
  • Manejo de Herramientas informáticas: Office intermedio, SAP.
  • Experiência con documentación y procesos de gobierno.
