About the role:


Realizar los análisis de Vitamina C a producto terminado, incluyendo arranque de línea y cada uno de los mezclados de cada producto.

Seguir estrictamente las Buenas prácticas de laboratorio y de manufactura. Lograr resultados alineados a los estándares, objetivos y políticas de calidad de la corporación.
Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.

Your responsibilities:

  • Realizar el análisis de Vitamina C en Producto Terminado de las áreas de Nutricionales, BIB y Consumer.
  • Preparar reactivo necesarios para realizar los análisis.
  • Responsable de la liberación de Vitamina C en línea (líneas BIB y Nutricionales).
  • Realizar reportes de resultados emitidos.
  • Responsable de la preparación de soluciones para el análisis de vitamina C en proceso.
  • Manejar y etiquetar correctamente las soluciones y reactivos de trabajo.
  • Planear y ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento, calibración y verificación de los instrumentos analíticos pertenecientes al área.
  • Realizar la investigación y seguimiento a los resultados fuera de especificación (OOS) detectados en los análisis de productos terminados, productos intermedios y/o materias primas.
  • Notificar los resultados fuera de especificación al Administrador del laboratorio de Fisicoquímicos y Microbiología o su designado.

  • Conocimiento de GMP y BPL
  • Manejo de Instrumentación y equipo de laboratorio.
  • Manejo de reactivos y estándares de laboratorio.
  • Manejo de investigaciones de laboratorio
  • Manejo básico de Microsoft
  • Conocimiento de equipo de protección personal de laboratorio.
