Who We're Looking For:

Our customers that partner with us are a variety of personas and lead varying business units, but all bold in their vision and embrace automation. As an Account Manager, you will be utilizing your knowledge of telecommunications technology, processes, and automation combined with your analytical skills and research to position our products where and when they provide high value to our customers and demonstrate the return on investment and benefits our products bring.

You will work with an internal team of exceptional individuals who will support your efforts, including solution architects, product managers, and product and corporate marketing that have been successful at placing B-Yond in some of the largest telcos worldwide.

You are expected to lead your accounts and generate the pipeline and business that drives growth. Your success, while supported by everyone at the organization, is dependent on your individual skills and drive, measured by the resulting business growth.

The main responsibilities

  • Develop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Identify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on their business needs and personas
  • Qualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Persuade clients of the value that our products bring along with their commensurate value
  • Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post product delivery
  • Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies
  • Act as a bridge between delivery and sales
  • Manage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submission
  • Assist with account profitability and invoicing
  • Responsible for revenue forecasting accuracy.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management
  • Proven experience in customer relationships building
  • Track record of Telecom understanding
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
