Descripción

Buscamos un Director de Servicios de Asesoría en Transacciones experimentado y dinámico para liderar y expandir nuestro departamento de Deals. El candidato exitoso será responsable de proporcionar dirección estratégica, supervisar transacciones clave como fusiones y adquisiciones, reestructuración, financiamiento, due diligence, carve-outs y asistencia en la elaboración de SPAs. Este rol requiere una comprensión profunda del análisis financiero, evaluación de riesgos y asesoría en transacciones dentro de diversas industrias en México, EE. UU., Colombia y América Latina.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Liderazgo y Desarrollo: Liderar el desarrollo del departamento de Deals, enfocado en fusiones y adquisiciones, reestructuración, financiamiento y due diligence (del lado de la compra y la venta).
  • Gestión de Transacciones: Supervisar transacciones de carve-outs, asistencia en SPAs (Acuerdos de Compra y Venta) y otros servicios relacionados. Gestionar y ejecutar análisis financieros detallados, incluyendo EBITDA, capital de trabajo, deuda neta y ratios de elementos similares a la deuda.
  • Adquisición de Clientes y Gestión de Proyectos: Asegurar nuevos proyectos
  • Garantía de Calidad: Diseñar e implementar planes de formación para asegurar la alta calidad en la prestación de servicios dentro del Área de Asesoría Financiera.
  • Experiencia en la Industria: Proporcionar servicios especializados de Asesoría en Transacciones a fondos de capital privado y compradores corporativos estratégicos en sectores como ingeniería, manufactura, petróleo y gas, concesiones de carreteras y aeropuertos, aerolíneas, retail, farmacéutica, energía y construcción.
  • Evaluación de Riesgos: Realizar análisis de CAPEX e identificar riesgos potenciales, reflejando los hallazgos en los documentos de SPA.
  • Relación con Clientes: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con una base de clientes selecta, asesorando en transacciones de alto perfil.

Perfil buscado

Calificaciones:

  • Educación: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, o Administración de Empresas
  • Experiencia: Comprobada trayectoria en un rol de liderazgo dentro de Servicios de Asesoría en Transacciones, con contribuciones significativas al crecimiento y éxito de la práctica.
  • Habilidades: Fuertes habilidades analíticas, excepcional comprensión de evaluaciones financieras y de riesgos, excelente gestión de clientes y capacidades de gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de la Industria: Amplia experiencia en diversas industrias, incluyendo ingeniería, manufactura, petróleo y gas, transporte, retail, farmacéutica, energía y construcción.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
  • Experiencia en asesorar en transacciones de alto perfil.
  • Capacidad comprobada para diseñar e implementar programas de formación integrales para equipos de asesoría financiera.
  • Fuerte red de contactos y relaciones dentro de las comunidades de capital privado y compradores corporativos.
