They are based across the Nevada area and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.

• Prepare monthly financial statements for a portfolio of clients.
• Complete bank reconciliations monthly.
• Journal entries.
• Review Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Budget preparation.
• Set up new associations in software, including preparing homeowner lists for upload, preparing and entering beginning homeowner balances, and opening bank accounts, etc.
• Analyze financials for correct coding and compare budget versus actual.
• Coordinate audit preparation and tax filings and provide necessary information to outside entities.
• Assist with financial questions and concerns from internal clients.
