They are based across Florida, specifically in the Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice areas. With a highly skilled and experienced professional team, they have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner has the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.

**As a Jr. Accountant, some of your main activities will be**:

- Analyze and post journal entries to the General Ledger for a given accounting period for an assigned portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver Financial Statement packages for an assigned portfolio of Condominium and/or Homeowners Associations. Perform necessary corrections and adjustments as needed within 24 hours for re-review and approval of financials.
- Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded. Identify, investigate, resolve, and/or report on discrepancies.
- Research, analyze, identify, and explain any variances or unexplained items on the Income Statement and changes on the Balance Sheet.
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data and reports from our various accounting-related systems.
- Provide assistance to Property Managers and Regional Directors on accounting matters related to the assigned portfolio.
- Analyze and post end-of-year audit entries.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

**_ MONDAY - FRIDAY_**

**During US Daylight Saving Time**:

- 6:30 AM. - 3:30 PM. **CST MEX.**

**Standard Time**:

- 7:30 AM. - 4:30 PM. **CST MEX.**

**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN** **A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.**

**Requirements**:

- **Advanced** **English** **Skills**.
- 3 years of experience in Full-Cycle Accounting.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook Knowledge.
- Tech Savvy.
