As a PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER, you will coordinate the fulfillment of production programs by leading human and technical resources and aligning them with safety, quality and cost goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieves all production objectives through accurate planning to meet production schedules and delivering high quality products, which meet specifications.
  • Keep operating procedures up to date and ensure compliance.
  • Guarantee resources to meet programs.
  • Detect and eliminate unsafe working conditions by developing and supervising operating procedures.
  • Follow personnel training and certification programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the program of preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment in the area.
  • Adapt and manufacture products in compliance with quality specifications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience preferred in chemical industry
  • Bachelors of Engineering.
  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
  • Quality and continuous improvement tools.
  • Swift shifts.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
