Your Role & Responsibilities:
Specify, develop, validate and document the manufacturing process for stamping and molding operations. Leads the manufacturing activities for the Process Optimization area. Utilize ADP, PDP & DMS to plan and execute assigned projects. Manage budget as required. Understand & lead safety / ergonomic requirements. Implement manufacturing system, best practices and common systems globally. Lead the implementation, support, and provide continuous improvement of lean and agile manufacturing systems.

Your Skills & Strengths:
Bachelor's degree in Mecatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related. PFMEA / PFD / PCP & Documents to support manufacture process. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical control & PLC. Launching new products-process experience. Capable to read customer drawings (GD&T is a plus). Do you have any questions?
