Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Specify, develop, validate and document the manufacturing process for stamping and molding operations.
  • Leads the manufacturing activities for the Process Optimization area.
  • Utilize ADP, PDP & DMS to plan and execute assigned projects.
  • Manage budget as required.
  • Understand & lead safety / ergonomic requirements.
  • Implement manufacturing system, best practices and common systems globally.
  • Lead the implementation, support, and provide continuous improvement of lean and agile manufacturing systems.

Your Skills & Strengths:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mecatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • PFMEA / PFD / PCP & Documents to support manufacture process.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical control & PLC.
  • Launching new products-process experience.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish.
  • Capable to read customer drawings (GD&T is a plus).
