My Role:

  • Create a timeline for the engineering changes or projects to execute them on time to meet customer deliverables.
  • Create bill of materials and provide design direction to our CAD Engineers for our cable assemblies.
  • Support manufacturing for sample and prototype builds
  • VNA testing sample/prototype builds, or customer field returns.
  • Lead customer meetings and/or provide project status.
  • Work on Material saving projects with our operations and supply chain management teams

My Background:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Mechanic Engineer or related field required.
  • 13 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

(Advanced English):

  • Knowledge in QAD, SAP, GSD and Planview (Nice t have)
  • Customer service skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
