Purpose of de Role:

• Partnership with the commercial team for improve, ordering, delivery and store replenishment in customer's work processes in order to improve onshelf availability, DOH and SO.
• Understand customer core work processes and develops programs or solutions to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction.
• Leverage with both internal and our external areas to accomplish goals.
• An active intervention in any scenario at all levels in the company.
• Drive collaborative planning with customers as input into the sales forecast.
• Monitors and measures indicators to effectively manage costs, service excellence and the growth of our sales.
• Support the customer's replenishment projects to ensure right levels of inventory, fill rate, in stock, amount others.

Top Accountabilities:

• Out of stock reduction: Forecasting and replenishment with customer to drive sales growth (OSA)

Inventory optimization:
Identify Risks and Opportunities

• Provides JBP statistical base driven by brand geographical segmentation and store formats performance.
• Proactively reporting with commercial teams either to revert negative SO trends or maintain good performance in SO.
• Responsible for SFA within S&OP monthly meeting.
• Cost to serve Reduction based on SO analysis EOQ, Order entry frequency modifications, safety stocks modifications according market demand and relevant events.
• Participates in weekly and monthly internal meetings with commercial marketing and execution teams to determine action plans to improve market share and minimum assortment /OSA.

Context/Scope:

• Diageo Mexico has multiplied the Sales (volume) two times in the last five years and our growth projection is to double the business into the next 5 years
• Competitiveness in the industry and more demanding customers have driven the suppliers to focus in new business strategies, excellence in execution and collaborative efficiencies, such as:
• Inventory reduction: changes in payment terms and efficiencies in cash

_- New replenishment dynamics:
Which demand to reduce our replenishment lead time to customers._- Service Improvement and sales Growth_

• CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) is a process in which both companies work together to achieve common goals, share resources and targets in order to optimize the Supply Chain and sales.
• Today the customers not only values the base product (brand, price, size, shape, quality, etc), but extended product also as availability delivery and excellent service through Supply chain flexibility.

Market Complexity:

• Fulfill of Customer service and stock policies.
• Efficient response to customer needs and tailormade commercial plans and service
• Continuous improvement in cost reduction.
• Effective processes, that guarantees governance and control of the operation, always working under compliance environment.
• Forecasting process for 3 to 18 months for JBP, S&OP or peak season planification process.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Capabilities required:

• Analytical thinking.
• Deep statistical and mathematical knowledge.
• Deeply understanding of the Supply Chain.
• Commercial sense.
• Relationship management.
• Fully Bilingual Spanish-English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP Logistics module.
• Windows Office Excel.

Desirable:

• Good consumer insight.
• Knowledge of Retail Link, or customers web portal to obtain inventory sales and POS performances in a daily basis.
• Project management skills.
• Supply certifications in CPFR (APICS) or CPFR Experience.
• Negotiations skills.
• ACCESS, SharePoint.
