We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
CLM Quality Check Specialist

  • Ensure the cases are audited in accordance with Independent Quality Function procedures and respective line of business procedures.
  • Be informed of all procedural changes and implement the required changes in the quality assurance process.
  • Identify, log, and discuss findings with Quality Function management, Production teams as applicable.
  • Generate, coordinate the preparation of metrics on errors and feedback. Identify, analyze trends and submit reports to Quality Function Management.
  • Facilitate accreditation/certification process with in Quality Function
  • Provide logical justification for the decisions taken when completing the CMB profile

Identify Exceptions & Approvals required as per LOBP and ensure they are in place prior to profile being approved.

  • Identify the
    Financial Crime Risk Indicators to escalate to incountry FCC.
Requirements

  • Basic Level of TRACK Accreditation is a mandatory requirement for the incumbent to perform in the role.(E)
  • A Bachelor's degree or with equivalent industry/functional experience. Functional experience needs to be minimum of 2 years' experience in reviewing customer profile to ensure they meet the AML/Sanctions/KYC requirements (E)
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in an equivalent role
  • Prior Experience in working on High Complex RM Managed commercial clients will be an added advantage (D)
  • Prior Experience in working on similar case manager roles in areas such as Account Opening is an added advantage (D)


 Excellent communication skills
  • Written & Verbal.
  • Excellent prioritizing, planning and organizing skills along with the ability to build and maintain MI.
  • Demonstrate highly customer centric approach and strong business acumen.
  • Good understanding of MS office and proven skills on banking platforms
  • Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Strong process knowledge i.e AML/KYC/CDD.
  • Knowledge of working in a regulatory environment
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs. (E)
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation
  • Flexibility to work in different shift timings
  • Experience in Banking Operations and CDD functions
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC and CDD concepts is a must
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements & FIM
