Profile
Asegurar el abasto oportuno de materiales directos y/o indirectos a las áreas de la planta, apoyándose con las medidas de control interno del almacén y coordinando correctamente al personal a su cargo

Responsabilidades Generales:

  • Asegurar la integridad del personal bajo su cargo.
  • Dar seguimiento a la llegada a planta de materiales de manera oportuna
  • Dar mantenimiento a los inventarios de materiales en sistema (SAP)
  • Supervisar la recepción y almacenamiento de los materiales directos y/o indirectos, controlando el manejo y ubicación de éstos, conforme al layout autorizado.
  • Asegurar el surtimiento de los materiales a las líneas de producción de manera oportuna.
  • Implementar y desarrollar nuevas herramientas para acomodar materiales, evitando demoras en el surtimiento de materiales a líneas de producción, promoviendo el orden y control de las mismas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo e implementación del sistema de identificación para todos los materiales, para su rastreabilidad.

Experiência:

Experiência requerida de 2 a 3 años supervisando y administrando las funciones de almacenaje, despacho, recepción y embarque de materia prima, consumibles y partes.

Emisión de reportes mensuales de actuación de almacenes, manejo de órdenes de trabajo, órdenes de abasto. Dirección y administración de empleados,.

Ingles: 70%
