Son expertos en herramientas de moldes, herramientas de matrices, maquinado y técnicas de ensamble, y poseen un amplio conocimiento de los procesos de manufactura asociados que pueden incluir la optimización y estandarización de estampado/moldeo/ensamble u otros procesos dentro del entorno de fabricación.
Los equipos de ingeniería de fabricación permiten que las plantas de las unidades de negocios de TE alcancen los requisitos de Ventaja Operativa de TE (TEOA), implementen Centros de Excelencia (COE), Mejores Prácticas Demostradas (BDP) y asesoren a las plantas sobre duplicaciones, correcciones y mejoras de herramientas y máquinas.
Diseñan y desarrollan procesos de manufactura y plataformas de automatización y los aplican para la realización de desarrollos de nuevos productos, así como para la optimización de productos existentes que ya están en producción.
Los equipos también apoyan el desarrollo de productos en la selección y optimización de herramientas para la producción de piezas y la selección de los conceptos de manufactura más adecuados en relación con las cantidades de manufactura planificadas, los requisitos de calidad y la ubicación de fabricación.
Actúan como interfaz entre ingeniería y producción para garantizar la capacidad de fabricación de nuevos diseños y un aumento fluido de la producción, además de apoyar a los equipos de investigación y desarrollo para producir muestras de equipos de fabricación, muestras de productos y prototipos.
Responsabilidades y autoridad Responsable de la elaboración y mantenimiento de Diagrama de Flujo de Proceso, Instrucciones al Operador, PFMEAS, Hojas de Set - up.
Responsable del Procesos de Manufactura; estudios de tiempos, balanceo de líneas, ergonomía, layouts.Responsable de la participación en la elaboración de Planes de Control, Cambios de Ingeniería en el proceso, listados de Materiales (B.O.M.).
Responsable de la participación en los Programas de Mejoramiento Continuo de la Planta.Responsable de analizar capacidades de herramienta y equipo para nuevos números de parte, cambios en volúmenes cotizados y elaborar los estudios de capacidad de equipos.
Requerimientos Ing.Industrial / Mecatrónica / Manufactura +2 años de experiencia preferente como ingeniero Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades Software de dibujo, paquetes computacionales.
Estudios de tiempos y movimientos/procesos. Manejo de paquetería office. Conocimiento en metodología de solución de problemas. Ejercer liderazgo efectivo.Lectura de reportes especializados (jornadas científicas y técnicas, legales) Conocimiento de lectura de planos Conocimiento avanzado de Instrumentos de medición (vernier, micrómetro, etc.) Conocimiento HMI, PlC, Creación y análisis de caso de negocios.
Conocimiento avanzado de PLC, sensores Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001 Conocimiento del reglamento de seguridad y sistema de gestión ambiental que aplica a la compañía.
