  • Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay: Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements. Capture information in payroll systems. Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations. Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
  • Continue communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
