- Garantizar la precisión y actualización de las listas de materiales de los equipos.
- Asegurar disponibilidad de herramientas y software para soportar las líneas de ensamble.
- Mantener respaldos de PLC/HMI/drives y equipos especiales.
- Definir las refacciones necesarias para la operación de los equipos.
- Estandarizar componentes para reducir el volumen de material en el almacén.
- Desarrollar habilidades para análisis de fallas y resolución de problemas.
- Ejecutar proyectos de mejora continua para reducir impacto en los KPI's.
- Brindar soporte a ingenieros de procesos para mejorar el desempeño de los equipos.
- Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica o mecatrónica.
- 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial, preferiblemente en ensamble automotriz.
- Conocimiento avanzado en dispositivos de control Siemens y Robots KUKA y ABB.
- Idioma inglés intermedio técnico.
- Manejo de SAP PM y Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel y Outlook).
- Experiencia en instalación y puesta en marcha de líneas nuevas.
- Familiaridad con TPM, Lean manufacturing y resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y manejar múltiples tareas.
