Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente en tiempo, cantidad y forma mediante la administración de la demanda conforme a los lineamientos y objetivos internos y externos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Actualizar la demanda de los clientes asignados, en el sistema (SAP), con el fin de asegurar los términos de venta negociados.
  • Revisar los níveles de inventario de cada uno de los clientes, con el fin de cumplir con los volúmenes establecidos en los lineamientos internos.
  • Verificar el delivery performance de los clientes asignados con el fin de revisar el estatus de sus requerimientos y tomar así, las acciones correspondientes (8 D ́s, PDCA, etc.)
  • Mantener informado al cliente de forma continua, respecto al estatus de sus requerimientos.
  • Mantener actualizada la información registrada en los portales de los clientes.
  • Colaborar con el equipo multidisciplinario en la introducción de un nuevo proyecto, con el fin asegurar la implementación del mismo.
  • Actualización y control de equipo retornable asegurando llegadas de contenedores para el surtimiento a líneas de producción ( Clientes que apliquen)
  • Revision y control de formatos expeditados, así como la coordinación con el equipo de finanzas para validación de cargos realizados por clientes
  • Dar seguimiento con el Equipo de trafico a Unidades coordinadas por cliente para su correcto arribo en las ventanas de embarque previamente acordadas
  • Dar seguimiento a los reclamos logísticos enviados por los clientes relacionados con bajo embarques, faltantes etc etc.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administrativa.
  • 5 años de experiência en posición similar en la industria automotriz.
  • Experiência en Desarrollo de ciclos para productos y equipos.
  • Deseada experiência en producción de tablillas electrónicas.
  • Fuerte liderazgo, habilidades de organización y comunicación, habilidad para priorizar múltiples proyectos y actividades.
  • Mentalidad colaborativa, facilidad de trabajo con estructuras multifuncionales dentro de una organización global.
  • Enfocado a satisfacción del cliente.
  • Ingles fluido.
