We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead Expert Cloud to join our team at Capgemini. As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and testing plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering application development projects, along with a minimum of 5+ years as a Sr. Developer or technical lead on Salesforce implementation projects.
- Language: English, good verbal skills, with passable English reading and writing skills for planning and status documents and other deliverable documentation.
- Prefer 5+ years of experience with hands-on Salesforce development experience, with requisite technical Salesforce certifications for Experience, Sales, Service Cloud.
