Job Description As a Director I, Entertainment, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating entertainment and recreational activities and operations within our recreational facility.

This role demands strong leadership and strategic planning skills to develop and execute strategies that align with company objectives and ensure the success of the Entertainment Department.

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and oversee the entertainment and recreation strategy for the facility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative entertainment and recreational programs that enhance the guest experience.
Oversee the budget for entertainment and recreation operations, ensuring compliance with financial targets and objectives.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as talent agencies, production companies, and vendors, to secure high-quality entertainment and resources for the facility.

Monitor and analyze trends in the entertainment and recreation industry to identify potential opportunities and develop new offerings.

Ensure the entertainment and recreation teams adhere to industry best practices and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
Regularly report on the performance of entertainment and recreation offerings, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
