The Assistant Community Association Manager is responsible for overseeing matters related to the operation of shared areas and services in homeowner communities.

The Community Manager is responsible for the following activities:

  • Oversee all matters related to the function of property within a community, i.e., maintenance and security of the community.
  • Oversee Association Staff and Vendors
  • Perform, direct administrative and management duties, as requested by the Board of Directors or homeowner in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents, in executing the established policies and conveying resident grievances.
  • Attend Board of Directors meetings or Owner meetings and record detailed notes.
  • Prepare and review periodic financial reports and ensure a management summary is submitted.
  • Prepare Board or Owner packets according to established time frames.
  • Maintain database, including updating resident information.
  • Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the association.
  • As necessary, assist the Board of Directors with the architectural review process and/or routine inspections.

Schedule:

M to F 10:00 to 19:00 CST

Requirements:

  • Strong writing English skills.
  • 3 years of experience overseeing staff, project management, and administrative tasks.
  • Multitasking
  • Abilities to understand association rules and formal/legal documents.
  • Availability to attend meetings after regular business hours.
  • Strong Englishspeaking skills.

Desired:

  • College Degree.
  • Prior experience dealing with condominiums or property management.
  • Prior experience working with Vantaca
