Responsabilidades:


Es responsable de gestionar el pagos de aseguradora, cargo de créditos, pago de las pólizas leasing, pagos de endosos, número de remesas, además del envío de facturas a cada aseguradora.


Funciones:

  • Gestionar el pago de las pólizas y pólizas por igualación.
  • Gestionar el cargo a los créditos por cobertura.
  • Gestionar la recepción del comprobante de pago.
  • Elaborar conforme la información del área los KPI's los cuales debe compartir a NRFM para la toma de decisiones de manera oportuna.
  • Dar seguimiento a la recepción y envío de los archivos referentes a las solicitudes de seguros.
  • Gestionar el pago con la aseguradora y notificar mediante correo electrónico al Analista Contable la realización del pago.
  • Seguimiento puntual de casos pendientes de atención y/o solución.
  • Analizar los movimientos del día correspondientes a depósitos de parte de las aseguradoras en el archivo correspondiente.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência. Mínima de tres años en puestos similares.
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en carreras administrativas (economía, finanzas, contaduría, ingenierías afines, administración).
  • Habilidades: Capacidad analítica numérica y de síntesis de información, comunicación efectiva, solución de problemas y orientado a resultados.
  • Formación: Desarrollo e implementación de metodologías, administrativa, en particular proceso de seguros.
  • Características deseables: Sexo indistinto, trabajo en equipo, integridad, honestidad, dedicación y compromiso.
  • Dominio Inglés: Segun politicas de reclutamiento.
  • Office, Programas y Nível: Office Avanzado (Excel: Cruces y tablas dinámicas)
