Descripción


Brinda asistencia técnica en salud y seguridad al personal de producción y del sitio bajo la orientación del líder de HSE del sitio.

Asiste en la implementación, el análisis, la revisión y la sostenibilidad de los Sistemas de gestión de salud y seguridad.

Salud, seguridad y medioambiente (Health, Safety and Environmental, HSE)

Planificar

Mantiene las habilidades y los conocimientos requeridos para desempeñar las tareas laborales.


Determinar las brechas en las iniciativas de salud y seguridad corporativas y en cualesquiera políticas, procedimientos y requisitos normativos de salud y seguridad locales.

Desarrollar una comprensión de y aplica la cultura de HSE asegurando que sea integral en los procesos.


Mantener la confidencialidad y los estándares de conservación de registros apropiados conforme a los requisitos de conservación y protección de datos corporativos.

Lo que debe hacer

Detener el trabajo e informar inmediatamente cualquier peligro de lesiones importantes.


Informar cualquier lesión, enfermedad, incidente o peligro relacionados con el trabajo a través de los procesos de informes internos y brindar orientación al sitio sobre los informes internos.


Apoyar la implementación y el mantenimiento de los procesos de identificación de peligros, investigación de incidentes y evaluación de riesgos, incluyendo la entrega de capacitación.

Apoyar el cierre de acciones correctivas y preventivas.

Comunicarse eficazmente para crear conciencia de seguridad.

Realiza tareas administrativas conforme sea necesario.

Verificar

Participar en programas de inspección y auditoría de salud y seguridad.

Participar en y dirigir activamente la investigación y los informes de incidentes.

Asistir en el análisis de tendencias relacionadas con la seguridad.

Actuar

Mantener las políticas, los procedimientos y los requisitos normativos de salud y seguridad locales.

Apoyar las iniciativas de salud, seguridad y bienestar.

Apoyar la implementación y el mantenimiento de los procesos de respuesta ante emergencias, incluyendo la entrega de capacitación.

Participar en iniciativas locales de participación de los empleados para impulsar una cultura interdependiente.

Calidad

Sigue cualesquiera procedimientos aplicables de trabajo estándar, documentación de procesos y de calidad

Plantea problemas para minimizar los costos y las exposiciones de calidad.

Realiza verificaciones de calidad.

Identifica y controla los materiales sin conformidad.

Trabajo en equipo

Se comunica eficazmente con el equipo asignado y con todos los equipos de apoyo.

Completa la capacitación y el desarrollo personal de acuerdo con los requisitos comerciales.


Participa activamente en formas de mejorar la calidad, la seguridad, el proceso, el flujo de materiales y el desarrollo de los empleados.

Sistemas de gestión de la salud, la seguridad y el medioambiente - Interpreta y aplica estándares internacionales a través de la aplicación práctica dentro del entorno operativo para lograr y mantener un sistema de gestión eficaz y la certificación externa.


Evaluación de riesgos - Evalúa los peligros dentro del entorno laboral al aplicar técnicas de identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos para analizar y priorizar el riesgo, permitiendo una selección de medidas de control que reduzcan el riesgo en la mayor medida posible.


Educación, licencias y certificaciones Diploma de preparatoria o certificado de terminación de la educación secundaria o experiência equivalente en la medida en que dicha experiência cumpla con las reglamentaciones aplicables.
