Objective


Collaborate in the implementation of the global IT strategy in all Nemak regions by being a key resource for the support and operations of global solutions.

Contribute to value generation through an agile mindset. Focusing on processes and governance aligned to the organization's strategic agenda.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all Software Factory processes to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and procedures and Consistently deliver value for the Nemak enterprise.
  • Verify and manage the proper functioning of the Global Applications infrastructure. Keep infrastructure uptodate, secure, and available by relying on thirdparty consultants to perform required infrastructure actions
  • Perform vendor management activities such as Contract management and documentation, service review and evaluation, payment and billing followup
  • Support and Ticketing followup with the AMS team, ensuring the compliance and the utilization of the Nemak ITSMS platform

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, IT and/or Supply Chain.
  • Experience required: Applications Support, Software Factories, Application Development, Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, XP), Infrastructure, Project Management
  • English proficient required
  • Spanish proficient desired
