Propósito general del Puesto:


Ejecutar, Administrar y Controlar la operación E2E de todas las actividades del proceso de Pagos a Proveedores, Control de Costos y Gastos de las operaciones de Almacén y Transporte de Consumo de Mexico, de acuerdo a los proceso internos de la organización; controles SOX ́s, SOP ́s operativos, Contratos y Tarifas con proveedores y de acuerdo a Compliance, garantizando el cumplimento de estos procesos en tiempo y forma.


Tareas y responsabilidades fundamentales:

  • Responsable del proceso de pago a proveedores de servicios logísticos E2E.
  • Revisión y auditoria a las cedulas servicios de los proveedores contra las tarifas y contratos vigentes.
  • Generar Órdenes de Compra para el pago de servicios
  • Coordinar el proceso de facturación con los proveedores y dar seguimiento al proceso de pago.
  • Realizar el proceso mensual de Provisiones garantizando una sana administración del gasto vs el presupuesto en tiempo y forma.
  • Implementar y Administrar las Base de Datos E2E, para el control de gastos y costos de la operación, integrando la información de gastos, presupuesto, costos de operación x tipo, por servicio, productos, cajas, etc. que permitan generar los reportes estadísticos para monitorear la operación desde el punto de vista financiero.
  • Responsable de realizar los reportes de Control del gasto mensuales vs el presupuesto del área Score Card.
  • Responsable de dar seguimiento a los proceso de reclamos a los proveedores de servicio hasta su aclaración y/o cobro.
  • Mejora continua de los procesos asociados al pago, control de gastos y manejo del presupuesto.

Qualifications

Conocimientos y habilidades fundamentales:

oProfesional Universitario o Profesional Técnico de preferencia en áreas Económico Administrativas, Ingenieras, Logística, Supply Chain o áreas afines


o2 a 3 años de experiência a cargo de procesos de pagos, control de gastos, presupuesto y actividades asociadas en las áreas de operaciones, servicios de proveedores logísticos.


Requisitos especiales:


oExperiência en procesos de control de gastos, costos y pagos para áreas operativas dentro de la cadena de suministro; Transporte, Almacén, Plantas, etc.

oConocimientos como usuario en sistemas ERP, de preferencia SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.


oManejo de Office en general (Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.), principalmente en Excel intermedio, manejo de base de datos, formulas, tablas dinámicas, reportes, gráficas, macros.
