Pricing Specialist
Local coordination of pricing approach for the MCC market, this includes process standardization, KPI management, providing regional market feedback to Global Pricing and operational pricing in line with central guideline (price corridors and processes)
Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables Operational pricing for the market in MCC incl.

price implementation under consideration of the pricing framework given by central global pricing Lead the pricing strategies definition in MCC to ensure optimum competitiveness aligned with market needs.

Ensure RU GM through price adjustments, which involves actively being engaged with different areas such as purchasing, sales, finance, marketing and others.

Comply with central global pricing guidelines & processes Create transparency about MCC pricing performance (SPV, Sales and margin development etc.)

Monitoring and control of price compliance to price corridors & price harmonization Manage regional roll-out of software relevant for pricing in cooperation with global pricing Tools & Technology Support NA Commercial Excellence initiatives deployment as needed Required skills and experience / main competencies Strong pricing, analytic & influencing skills Experience in leading remote teams in a matrix organization Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audience Able to translate findings into clear actionable insights and recommendations Rigor in managing targets Fostering collaboration & empowerment Bachelor ́s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering or equivalent What We Offer:
