El Supervisor Sénior de Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nivel gerencial intermedio a cargo de brindar total liderazgo y dirección a un equipo de empleados, para suministrar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones.

El objetivo general de este rol es garantizar la entrega perfecta de servicios de apoyo de operaciones en coherencia con los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.


Responsabilidades:

Liderar y orientar al pequeño equipo de Apoyo de operaciones (en general, de hasta 10 personas) mediante la delegación de tareas y responsabilidades cotidianas y la recomendación de nuevos procedimientos de trabajo para ayudar a agilizar las operaciones.

Realizar la capacitación, controlar la calidad y cantidad de trabajo del equipo y brindar comentarios sobre el desempeño, incluidas las recomendaciones sobre aumentos de salario, ascensos, desvinculaciones, etc.

Analizar información de operaciones y realizar juicios de evaluación para resolver problemas.

Ser responsable de identificar y resolver problemas de rutina y problemas operativos con impacto más amplio en el departamento dentro de los procedimientos establecidos.

Identificar necesidades de contratación para asegurar una adecuada dotación de personal. Fungir como reemplazo de gerentes, según sea necesario.

Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.


Calificaciones:
Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia comercial relacionada, incluido al menos un año de experiencia en supervisión. Dominio de Microsoft Office. Habilidades de motivación y liderazgo proactivo. Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo. Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas. Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

Educación:
Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente. La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nivel de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario. Manejo de PC, Paquetería Windows y Office (Excel intermedio obligatorio/ avanzado deseable.).

Conocimiento de Operaciones Bancarias, de productos y servicios citibanamex, de sistemas, normatividad, capacidad de sintaxis, redacción, ortografía, concordancia y congruencia en la información Conocimientos de los procesos de Audiencia Condusef (Atención de Audiencias), Trabajo bajo presión, Analisis y argumentación, habilidades de negociación Revisión, seguimiento y remisión (Checker) de las respuestas a los abogados externos para la atención de audiencias ante la CONDUSEF.

Atención y apoyo a los abogados externos de todas las audiencias celebradas en la división. Atencion al cierre de los folios OC en tiempo T+2. Seguimiento a las agendas semanales elebaradas por los especialistas operativos. Elaboracion de reportes asignados.

Detectar hallazgos dentro de la informacion que remiten los especialistas operativos antes del envio de la respuesta a los abogados extrernos.

Administración y manejo completo en el expediente en Direct. Manejo escencial de todos los asuntos para evitar cualquier incumplimiento dentro de los criterios del IDATU.
