Located in our Toluca Vesta Distribution Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct management of import and export process of the Distribution Center and providing support for Guadalajara and Monterrey.


Take Pickslip and Billing, follow up on BO, inform the client about the status of their orders, answer phone calls, Provide stock to clients, take out urgent orders, service providers for against receipts of pending invoices, participation in HSE, follow-up, check.


  • Customer service:
  • Respond to client requests through the different communication media.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Give immediate response on requests.
  • Information to internal clients of client requests
  • Credit notes
  • Review and File of Expense Accounts.
  • Review of invoices and counterreceipts to suppliers
  • Attention and responsibility of cleaning person.
  • Generation of Purchase Orders in Oracle
  • Control and request of Cleaning Items
  • Stationery control and request
  • Attention of visitors
  • Followup to payments or special situations with suppliers

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Place Orders and Generate Invoices:
  • Work customer orders and generate Pick slip
  • Send BO orders to the other CDs
  • Check and square Pick slip
  • Generate Invoices
  • Attention to emergencies

ABOUT YOU

  • 24 year of experience in similar position
  • Degree as administration
  • Knowledge of each product line.
  • Skills in computer packages.
  • Standardized work system.
  • Ease of expression and communication.
  • Domain and personal selfcontrol.
  • Effective communication.
  • Problem solving.
  • Organization and understanding of information.
  • Organized
