Conducting Customer Satisfaction Research:
We are hiring a Customer Satisfaction Analyst
The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting customer satisfaction research, identifying potential areas for improvement in overall performance, measuring service satisfaction, and coordinating the military agenda.
Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction Research: Designing and implementing surveys, questionnaires, and feedback mechanisms. Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Identifying Improvement Opportunities: Using data analysis to detect areas for improvement. Collaborating with teams to develop action plans.

Measuring Service Satisfaction: Creating and maintaining KPIs for service satisfaction. Analyzing KPI data to assess service performance.
-
Coordinating Military Agenda: Acting as the main contact for military agenda-related activities. Liaising with internal stakeholders and military partners for smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer satisfaction analysis or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in coordinating events or agendas is a plus.
