Aspectos generales

Lo que harás:

Funciones Principales:

  • Analizar y diagnosticar fallas en los sistemas del entorno distribuido para proponer soluciones asertivas que aseguren la continuidad del servicio.
  • Identificar mejoras a los sistemas y/o procesos, y ejecutar las mismas.
  • Participación activa con los soportes de producción para atención y resolución de incidentes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Disposición de 7/24 para atención de incidentes.
  • Monitoreo Batch y línea de las apps.
  • Comunicación y seguimiento continuo con los usuarios en relación a los temas e incidencias en atención.

Retos del Puesto:

  • Autoformación en función de nuevas tecnologías de soporte
  • Involucrarse y obtener de conocimientos de las nuevas aplicaciones para asegurar la operación.
