JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

Procesar las operaciones de importacion y exportacion de la maquiladora mediante la elaboracion de facturas, generacion de archivos electronicos para la aduana mexicana y americana, apertura de pedimentos, y realizar los tramites aduanales en el Puente internacional.


Essential Functions:

  • Esta posición es considerada como critica para efectos de la seguridad patrimonial y/o custodia de la cadena de valor.
  • Elaboración de facturas de Importación y Exportación mexicana
  • Generación de archivos electrónicos (COVE, DODA)
  • Documentos electrónicos para la aduana americana
  • Apertura de pedimentos en el sistema de importación y exportación
  • Hacer los tramites aduanales en el Puente internacional
  • Elaboración de las facturas virtuales de proveedores y clientes
  • Validación de apertura pedimentos consolidados y virtuales
  • Trámites aduanales en el Puente internacional (rojos)
  • Elaborar los documentos de importación y exportación para los los tramites foráneos del fin de semana
  • Clasificación arancelaria de mercancías
  • Elaboración de pedimentos consolidados, virtuales y definitivos
  • Tramites y documentación para los retornos de equipo, herramienta y refacciones
  • Archivar la Papelería de los tramites aduaneros de manera física y digital.
  • Apoyar las actividades de PSA y los procedimientos con los miembros del equipo

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Se reporta con el Supervisor de Import / Export.
  • Esta posicion no es directamente responsable de manejar otros empleados. Practicantes o estudiantes pudieran o no reportar a esta posicion.

Knowledge:

  • Conocimientos de Importación / Exportación
  • Conocimientos en el manejo de programas de Importación/Exportación
  • Clasificación arancelaria de mercancías
  • Manejo de la LIGIE
  • SAP (Deseable)
  • PRISMA (Deseable)
  • Manejo de sistemas de control de importaciones y exportaciones

Experience:

  • Minima de 1 años en importexport o campo afin.
  • Experiência en trámite aduanero
  • Clasificación Arancelaria

Skills:

  • Manejo de Programa de Pedimentos
  • Microsoft Office

Education/Certifications:

  • Estudios Mínimos de preparatoria
  • Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
