**About the Role**

Manage customs operation, import/export, on-time delivery activities and procedures to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction.

**What You Will Do**
- Coordinating procedures across functions for the import and export management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service.
- Monitoring special programs of import/export accounts; assisting in the obtaining and preparing all necessary documentations in related logistics business.

**Import/Export - MFG**:Knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing and exporting; ability to import and export goods to and from international locations.

**Transportation - MFG**:Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.

**Logistics Management**:Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods, materials and supplies.

**Vendor Management**:Knowledge of vendor management methodologies, technologies and processes; ability to gain increased value and excellent services from vendors, as well as costs control and risk mitigation throughout the deal life cycle.

**What is Required**:

- University degree
- Intermediate conversational English (desirable)
- Experience in the position (1-2 years)
- Proactive, problem-solving skills, attention to details
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Data analysis skills
- Issue resolution experience Proactively takes initiative and seeks opportunities for process improvement
