Mision del Puesto
Promover la Cultura de Mejora Continúa usando el Sistema de Producción ZF (ZFPS) con el propósito de alcanzar y mejorar las metas del Process Group y areas de servicio en que da soporte, apoyando así el plan operacional de la organización.
Funciones
- Establecer el ZFPS (Sistema de Producción ZF) en la unidad de negocio asignada bajo los lineamientos corporativos, considerando las peculiaridades de los procesos productivos de sus áreasImplementar las estrategias y acciones para alcanzar el nível de excelencia operativa en ZF STG (Basado en el Road Map y planes de acción del Process Group)
- Analizar los resultados operativos para así priorizar y establecer las acciones tendientes a conseguir y/o mejorar los resultados del Process Group y areas de servicio asignado, apoyado en el plan operacional y objetivos de los KPIs (ie 6 vitales, CIS, TechPro etc.) y tomar acciones conjuntamente con el Gerente del Process Group y area de servicio.
- Difundir, capacitar y promover el uso de las herramientas de mejora que existen en el ZF PS (Balanceos, VSA, LE, COO, Line Balancing etc.)
- Promover el establecimiento de las mejores prácticas en los diferentes procesos de la planta promoviendo el intercambio de experiências entre las diferentes áreas.
- Actuar como enlace entre el process group y la coordinación de mejora continua para promoción del intercambio con otros Process Groups y/ó localidades de ZF así como de manera externa a la compañía.
- Participar en el desarrollo del plan de negocio de la compañía en su área de responsabilidad (Calculo de capacidades y HC).
- Validar y analiza toma de tiempos en líneas a su cargo.
- Coordinar información de resultados mensuales (estandarizar las presentaciones)
