un Data Reporter
Responsabilidades:
Las actividades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
- A través de la realización de tareas diarias, y en cooperación con otras funciones de proceso del departamento, ejecutar y hacer cumplir todos los aspectos del proceso de presentación de informes según las políticas y procedimientos de ROSEN
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los demás equipos de procesos para reunir toda la información necesaria específica del proyecto a fin de garantizar la integridad y la exactitud de cada informe
- Preparar todo el material necesario para los informes, es decir, textos, carpetas e inserciones
- ROSOFT parametrización de salida para listas de informes y gráficos
- Preparar los materiales de envío mantener la base de datos de las direcciones de envío de los clientes y los números de seguimiento
- Mantener el inventario de los suministros necesarios, es decir, carpetas, papel, CD/DVD, separadores, etc.
- Archivar todos los datos y la documentación relacionados con el proyecto, incluida la información de los informes, la información específica del proceso, los datos electrónicos, etc., según las políticas y los procedimientos de ROSEN
- Facilitar las solicitudes de los miembros del equipo de materiales archivados, como copias de informes finales, datos ROSOFT, etc.
- Proporcionar apoyo administrativo general a la dirección cuando se solicite
- Mediante el desempeño de las tareas diarias de este puesto, y como parte del proceso de mejora continua de ROSEN, identificar/recomendar mejoras del proceso de elaboración de informes a los supervisores/gerentes de departamento para aumentar/mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad
REQUERIMIENTOS:
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, o carrera afin (titulado y cédula profesional)
- 12 años de experiência trabajando en un entorno de oficina
- Dominio de inglés intermedio avanzado (conversacional y escrito)
- Conocimientos generales de informática: familiaridad con la creación de reportes ejecutivos y capacidad para aprender fácilmente nuevos softwares.
- Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office, especialmente de Microsoft Word y Excel
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales capacidad de trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Capacidad para captar nuevos conceptos con rapidez y facilidad
- Excelente capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Capacidad para realizar varias tareas: mantener la organización y la concentración, mientras se manejan múltiples responsabilidades
- Conocimiento del software de grabación
