General Summary


The Planning Coordinator is responsible to manage the Planning and Purchasing department activities, to procure and administrate resources and also to identify opportunity areas in order to develop initiatives to improve Customer Service.

The system used to support these activities is SAP.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review the demand and installed capacity to assurance to cover the orders on time.
  • Along with the Production Coordinator the workload and available lines are reviwed to create an efficient production plan.
  • Establish priorities
  • Analyzes and makes reports on production results and critical indicators
  • Develop production plans and programs
  • Work to keep and/or increase the Planning and Purchasing metrics results.
  • Check monthly results report
  • Coordinates and attends meetings
  • Train staff in charg
  • This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures

Related Education & Experience

  • Career degree (any option)
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Planning area
