Business Development Manager Luxury

Grow your career as a successful Business Development Manager Luxury within Inclusive Collection.
In this role, you will be responsible to grow, lead and manage all luxury sales efforts targeting high-end TA`s primarily in USA West Coast with special focus in the Luxury Brands.
Your focus will be on the highest end retail USA Consortia and Host Agencies, TA and direct booking channels as well as coordinating the sales efforts and relationships with upscale wholesaler and distribution channels.
A successful Business Development Manager Luxury will: Create and execute strategic sales actions for all third party luxury channelsMaximize sales and drive revenues at the retail and wholesale/partner levelCoordinate and execute joint sales calls with primary partnersRepresent brands at various associations, trade shows, road shows and other eventsAssist with sales plans, benchmarking, owner reports, marketing plans as neededImpeccably maintain partner databases Utilize Sales Force to maximize and grow sales territory business and revenueLoad all sales call and activities on SF on a weekly basisReport to management on trends and market developmentsBuild relationships with Business Partners and 3rd party vendorsTake initiative to go beyond the ordinary to differentiate us from the competition and create loyaltyBring fresh new ideas to the organization in order to create new business opportunitiesDemonstrate a commitment to ALG core valuesThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.A successful Business Development Manager Luxury will have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years experience in the Tourism industry with an existing network of high-end leisure luxury channels and segments.
Experience managing and working within a set budget.Advanced MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Sales Force knowledge and skills preferredAbility to travel 80% of the time, domestically and internationally. Valid USA visa, Mexican passport and driver's license required.
Excellent project management, problem solving, organizational and planning skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment, willing to assist Sales team with job related responsibilities, including events, shows and education.
