The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing the reservations department and working closely with the Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing department, as well as any other relevant departments in maximizing room yields, through inventory control, while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt brand standards.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years work experience as Reservations Manager.
- Experience in luxury hotels.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, particularly in the use of Reserve, Envision, Opera, Cvent & Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle demanding situations and guests.
- Good communication, administrative, interpersonal skills, proactive, team player, excellent time management.
- Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
