Minimum Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in accounting or finance from a four-year college or university; and 5 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA license and/or Masters' degree preferred. Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis. Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting. Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes. Exemplary history of financial project management. Proficiency in English. Prior operational financial management and controlling functions experience required. Experience in internal controls, risk management, audit processes, legal and tax matters, process alignment, and improvement are highly valued. Knowledge and proficient experience with Microsoft Office Systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, Great Plains, or similar software programs, as well as logistics and accounting software. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as processes, procedures, tax code, and specific service reports and documents. Effectively communicate ideas, both written and verbally, to customers, management or employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze and interpret accounting records, commercial contracts, bank statements, general office procedures, and tax returns. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and margins. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
