RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Brindar soporte a todo el parque de PC's y periféricos.
  • Resolver incidentes de hardware y software en el sitio.
  • Soporte a incidentes relacionados con Software.
  • Preparar, instalar, configurar y cambiar equipos de cómputo.
  • Personalizar los equipos y restaurar la información necesaria.
  • Preparar equipos para entrega a proveedores y usuarios.
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de Hardware.
  • Registrar manualmente y controlar movimientos de equipos y guías.
  • Realizar seguimiento a incidentes.
  • Brindar atención a usuarios VIP.
  • Ofrecer soporte en redes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Profesional con estudios técnicos en sistemas, ingeniería, informática o áreas afines.
  • Conocimientos en ITIL Foundation (deseable).
  • Experiencia en el manejo de ITSM.
  • 1 año o más de experiencia profesional.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en Software y Hardware.
  • Experiencia en administración de redes.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de ITSM.
  • Habilidad para dirigir equipos.
  • Experiencia en trato con usuarios estándar y VIP.
  • Excelente presentación personal.
  • Actitud de servicio y empatía.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado B2.
