Dar soporte a producción mediante la mejora, reparación, ajustes, desarrollo de nuevas implementaciones y proyectos para garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo del equipo de
Vision y maquinaria en producción.
Responsabilidades:
- Brindar soporte de nível Ingeniería a producción mediante la mejora, reparación y ajustes de
sistemas de visión para garantizar su funcionamiento óptimo en producción para cumplir con los objetivos generales de la planta. - Implementar nuevos proyectos de mejora en máquinas y equipos
ya existentes sobre los sistemas de visión a partir de las necesidades que presente producción, manufactura o el departamento de calidad, documentarlos y ponerlos en práctica para apoyar la calidad y producción de los productos (reducción y eliminación de riesgo de QN, mejora de la disponibilidad del equipo). - Investigación y desarrollo de nuevos conceptos de inspección para proyectos nuevos o mejoras de máquinas existentes para cumplir los requerimientos de calidad y producción (sistemas multicámaras, laser de 3D e inspecciones complejas).
- Participara en proyectos de transferencia de y hacia Molex Nogales ya sea en entrenamientos de líneas nuevas hacia Molex Nogales o proporcionando el soporte para líneas transferidas de parte de Molex Nogales.
- Entender, apoyar y contribuir al cumplimiento de la Filosofía MBM, a los diferentes estándares de Gestión de Calidad y de Seguridad e Higiene, Six Sigma, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance), ISO, IATF y de CTPAT/OEA siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
Educación:
Ingeniero en Electrónica, Ingeniero en Mecatrónica o Ingeniero en Sistemas.
