About you and this role - What you would do in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with forecasts and sales plans processes.
  • Follow up customer orders to ensure sales estimates are met; support critical orders /accounts evolution.
  • Guardian of business figures to support the commercial team; collaborative work with different business units/regions/functions to optimize results.
  • Active participation in regional meetings providing an overview of the business situation.
  • Allocation Management: guarantee allocated volumes are covered.
  • Samples process tracking management.
  • Participate in business readiness and improvement projects activities.
  • Follow up and support all updates on CRM (Customer relationship management).
  • Collaborate with contracts (distribution/rebate) development, execution and formalization in contract tool (Ariba).
  • Analyze and support the implementation of pricing guidelines; Support with pricing tool (Vendavo).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business administration or related fields
  • Language's proficiency:

English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced).- Advanced Excel.- Collaboration.- TeamworK.- Analytical skills.- Clear and effective oral and written communication.- Strong initiative and sense of urgency.- Problem-solving, Customer Focus, and Organization.

- Ability to deal with multiple priorities

Preferred qualifications- Intermediate Portuguese.- Prior commercial support/customer service experience.- SAP Reporting (DSR) and Power BI.
