Your Role
At Aptiv, we are dedicated to developing innovative solutions that make transportation safer, greener, and more connected.

Your day to day will consist of the following:

  • Applies indepth Business knowledge to support and coach Managers implementing necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, recognition.
  • Understands the Business drivers, the current and longterm strategy and identifies opportunities for HR to add value to the Business.
  • Sets and implement HR priorities in the organization in line with the global people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate.
  • Ensures people and organizational capabilities required in the midlong term are understood and actioned and the business positions in the short term are adequately staffed to meet or exceed the business targets.
  • Builds performance culture in the organization by implementing performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance identifying performance issues and taking actions to address them.
  • Drives and executes all talent processes with Business Leaders e.g. identification and succession planning on businesscritical positions, diversity and inclusion and owns the talent outcomes.
  • Defines competitiveness position and compensation elements based on business need and in line with Local strategy and policy.
  • Provides support and governance to the business, ensuring business plans align with overall HR direction, policy and the Business Strategies.
  • EHS / Office Safety Responsible for the Site according to Internal regulations and government legislation.
  • Manage and ensure property security at the site

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields is required

Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
-
+5 years working in similar position as Sr HR representative:

-
Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource discipline including Compensation practices, Ethics and Compliance and employment laws
:

-
Previous experience working as HR Rep with global organizations in/or Manufacturing sites, Engineering Technical/Development is a nice to have
:

-
Ability to work, influence and connect with people from other teams, cultures and countries from direct employees and up to global top management is a valuable skill for this position
:

-
Experience and/or certification in Organizational Development is desirable.
