Requisitos:

  • Preparatoria, Técnico Superior Universitario, Ingeniería trunca o completa.

Experiencia necesaria:

  • 2 años como técnico de calidad de proveedores o técnico de calidad.
  • 3 años trabajando en la industria automotriz.

Conocimientos requeridos:

  • Core Tools
  • Herramientas de calidad
  • GD&T
  • Manejo de equipos de medición
  • Manejo de sustancias químicas
  • Conocimientos aplicables a los sistemas de gestión

Responsabilidades:

  1. Inspeccionar y liberar los componentes recibidos en planta 1 y planta 2 puntualmente y siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
  2. Organizar y documentar la contención de componentes si es necesario.
  3. Garantizar la correcta identificación y segregación de componentes no conformes para su disposición adecuada.
  4. Elaborar, difundir y mantener alertas de calidad de componentes, tanto de reclamos de clientes como las definidas por el Coordinador de Metrología en un plazo de 24 horas.
  5. Asegurar que las marcas de certificación en los componentes sean colocadas durante las contenciones y sorteos del material, notificando a producción y calidad planta sobre la identificación del material de forma oportuna.
  6. Mover material detenido a locación I500 y nave 2 para revisión y determinar si cumple con especificaciones.
  7. Participar en el programa de ideas de mejora, proponiendo al menos 1 idea al mes.
  8. Brindar soporte al área de empaques para la revisión y liberación de material dañado.
  9. Recopilar evidencia de pruebas para validar la integridad de componentes y su conformidad con especificaciones.
  10. Participar en el análisis de fallas en conjunto con otros departamentos para resolver problemas internos de producción.
  11. Escalate problemas al Coordinador de Metrología si no se solucionan en un plazo de 30 minutos para evitar paros innecesarios.
  12. Supervisar el trabajo de terceros siguiendo los lineamientos de la empresa.
  13. Participar en auditorías de cliente y del sistema.
  14. Crear reportes y coordinar juntas para apoyar en la administración de la cuarentena.
