Our Mexico team is currently seeking a Content Manager & Digital Content Producer.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy in line with the company's digital experience objectives, brand identity, and customer engagement targets.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content publication across various digital platforms.
  • Foster relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content suppliers.
  • Regularly assess digital content for relevance, accuracy, compliance, and impact.
  • Produce compelling written content for diverse digital channels, following the client's style guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with designers to generate captivating graphics, infographics, and interactive elements to enrich the content.
  • Coordinate with marketing, UX/UI designers, product managers, and compliance personnel to deliver a unified digital experience.
  • Establish quality checks to guarantee all content maintains high standards and is error-free.

Your qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for digital technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content production (proficiency in digital signage is a plus).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
