Funciones

  • Supervisar los registros electrónicos y asegúrese de que todos los conductores cumplan con las normas estadounidenses.
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento para asegurarse de que todos los equipos se mantengan adecuadamente.
  • Asegúrese de que se cumplan las normas de seguridad y de cumplimiento administradas por el gobierno federal para equipos, vehículos y empleados de transporte.
  • Gestionar todos los accidentes y reclamaciones
  • Realiza otras funciones relacionadas según se requiera y se le asigne con el fin de garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente y eficaz del trabajo del departamento de Seguridad y Cumplimiento.

Requisitos:

  • Contar con mínimo de 3 años de experiência en cumplimiento y seguridad en el transporte con al menos 2 años de experiência en el manejo de accidentes y reclamos.
  • Buen conocimiento sobre las reglas y regulaciones del DOT.
  • Se requiere experiência en el manejo de auditorías DOT.
  • Excelentes habilidades escritas y de comunicación en inglés.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y trabajar bajo presión.
  • Capacidad para ser ingenioso y proactivo en el tratamiento de los problemas que puedan surgir.
  • Alto nível de integridad personal, objetividad y honestidad.
