About Binance Accelerator Program


Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.

You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem.

Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduatesResponsibilities

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
  • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
  • Research and brainstorm on new methods of client acquisition based on data driven insights

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in any field, or graduated less than 1 year ago
  • Past experience doing sales in banking or financial services is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
